Second release of QGeo.

Features include:

- Support for multiple languages (currently german and english are translated)
- New type of coloring and legend for quantiles depending on a specified number
- Bug fixes for the old coloring
- Legend and popups take data formats into account
- Support of various attributes/identifiers in the geodata (identifier can be selected)
